VIBRATIONAL THERAPY

Within the spectrum of frequencies in our universe, sound occupies the 20-20,000 Hz range for our ability to hear. Therapeutic use of sound has been utilized since humans could sing and drum. Today we have a whole science of music and sound therapy, which I have been exploring in research and my own practice.

Other frequencies than the audible are also powerful healing elements, one of which is found in Aikido. I apprenticed in 1975 with an Aikido master and learned about this simple and effective art.
